Job Description

Stand Up To Cancer is seeking a Salesforce and System Administrator to manage its suite of Salesforce NPSP and related infrastructure systems supporting donor, grants, contract and finance related processes. The Database System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining efficient database and software operations for Stand Up To Cancer, ensuring data integrity, and supporting an expanding user base. They will provide support across departments for leveraging data to help the organization meet its strategic goals. Additionally, the Administrator will play a key role in helping to add and integrate new toolsets as Stand Up To Cancer grows. 

Responsibilities

The Entertainment Industry Foundation (“Foundation”)/Stand Up to Cancer (SU2C) reserves the right to modify the job responsibilities listed below based on its needs. 

  • Maintain efficient database and systems operations to support Stand Up To Cancer’s fundraising, development, marketing, communications and science goals 
  • Proactive system maintenance, upgrades and configurations 
  • Manage integration of new data channels, CRM related systems and toolsets 
  • Execute list absorption, management and maintenance  
  • Control system access including setting security parameters and performing audits 
  • User onboarding including dashboard creation and modification as needed. Provide support for any user issues 
  • Create training materials and relevant Trail mixes 
  • Document user and administrative processes 
  • Training/notifying staff of relevant system changes 
  • Execute new campaign configurations 
  • Setup and modify workflow automations in Salesforce and related database systems 
  • Work with various departments and stakeholders to identify and create reports/dashboards 
  • Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, automated deduplication and timeliness 
  • Documentation of CRM and related systems requirements, specification and process  
  • Maintain data archive 
  • Stay up to date on system changes and new technologies 
  • Gather requirements from users and stakeholders to translate into best practice solutions 
  • Collaborate with other departments and administrative staff as needed 
  • Attend departmental and other meetings as required 
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE 

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education or 2+ years of relevant Salesforce experience 
  • Business acumen with working knowledge of Salesforce NPSP and Lightning required 
  • Data management and batch uploading experience 
  • Salesforce NPSP integration experience  
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and Trailhead badges preferred 
  • Pardot, Einstein, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apsona experience preferred 
  • Grants management and contract management system experience preferred  
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders to create strong deliverables that support goals 
  • Experience with written and verbal communications 
  • API and systems integrations 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Some travel potentially required  
  • Ability to sit for extended periods 
  • Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding 
  • Ability to view a computer monitor 
  • Operate standard office equipment 
  • Lift and carry boxes up to ten pounds 
  • File and retrieve documents

SALARY RANGE: 80,000 to 90,000
