TELECAST DETAILS

Timing

Please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 6:00 p.m. Auditorium doors will promptly close at 6:30 p.m., and guests will not be allowed in after. The event is anticipated to end at approximately 8:15 p.m.

Tickets

All guests have assigned seating. Your ticket is registered under your name and is non-transferable. There is no re-entry to the venue once your ticket has been scanned.

Details for receiving your ticket will be shared closer to the event.

Parking

There is ample paid parking at Nashville Yards in multiple parking garages accessible from 10 Ave. (between Broadway St. and Charlotte Ave.). The 3 garages include – Nashville Yards, Pinnacle Tower, and Amazon Tower. The garages are safe, well-lit, and steps away from the venue. The Nashville Yards parking garages are gateless (using license plate readers) for easy and fast entry/exit. Garages are managed by Metropolis. You create an account beforehand or scan the QR code when you arrive to pay.

Rideshare/Car Service

Drop off and pick up is located on 9th Ave N & Commerce St.

Taping

The event will be filmed and televised as part of the Stand Up To Cancer fundraising special being broadcast on August 15 across more than 30 networks and streamers. Filming and photography of any kind is prohibited during the taping.

After Party

Immediately following the filming there will be an after party adjacent to the venue. Light bites and drinks will be served. Party will end at 10:00 p.m.

Clear bags are not required. Your bag cannot be larger than 12” x 12” x 6”. Large bags such as luggage and backpacks are not permitted. Bags with numerous compartments are not permitted. Medical bags are permitted, if necessary, but must be fully vetted.
